How We Work

Digital should mean organized—not distant.

Intake is fully digital and onboarding is automated, so the administrative work stays out of your way. The professional judgment stays with Monica.

  1. Step 1

    Tell Monica what is changing

Start with the entity, the service need, the deadline, or the business change. The guided inquiry asks only what is needed to route the conversation — never confidential documents.

  2. Step 2

    Confirm fit

The inquiry is routed by need: individual, S corporation, partnership, nonprofit, bookkeeping, or a tax problem. An introductory call confirms whether the firm is the right match.

  3. Step 3

    Approve the engagement

A digital proposal sets out scope and responsibilities, and the engagement letter is signed electronically. No printing, scanning, or mailing.

  4. Step 4

    Receive a guided checklist

Document requests are generated from your entity and service type, so you are asked for what applies to you and nothing else.

  5. Step 5

    Work securely

Messages, documents, signatures, payments, and status all live in the firm's approved secure portal.

  6. Step 6

    Review the work

Monica walks through the return or reports, the open questions, and who is responsible for what next.

  7. Step 7

    Plan the next checkpoint

Future filing, bookkeeping, or planning actions are scheduled before the conversation ends, so nothing waits for next filing season.

What you can expect after you write

  • A reply within 48–72 hours.
  • A scheduling link for an introductory call.
  • A clear answer about fit before anything is signed.
  • Engagement documents by e-signature once scope is agreed.
  • Secure document instructions only after onboarding begins.

Your information

Confidential documents are requested only after secure onboarding begins. Social Security numbers, tax documents, financial statements, bank details, and notice contents are never collected through the public form or by email.

Portal, scheduling, e-signature, and payment links are connected once the firm confirms the live URLs currently in use.
